The Marauders then head to Jamestown, ND, to challenge the University of Jamestown on Saturday, December 6, at 3 pm.

Northern State University is 4-2 overall and 0-1 in the Northern Sun. Senior guard Izzy Moore leads the Wolves in scoring, averaging 16.2 ppg on 52.1% shooting from the floor. Freshman guard Lily Klein has the most rebounds (6.3 rpg) at NSU. Senior guard Morgan Fielder is second on the team in scoring (11.2 ppg) and has recorded the most assists (19) on the Wolves.

The University of Jamestown is 3-2 overall and 1-0 in the NSIC. Freshman forward Allie Berns leads the Jimmies in scoring, averaging 15.6 ppg on 55.9% shooting from the field. COACHING STAFF
Rick Neumann enters his 14
th season as the head coach of the UMary women's basketball program. Last season, Neumann passed Fred Fridley for second all-time in program wins last season. He achieved his 200
th win on 11.7.2025 against MSU Billings.
Haley Froelich enters her second season as the Marauders assistant coach. Froelich served as the assistant coach at Clarke University for the 2023-24 season, where the Pride went 29-3 and made it to the second round of the NAIA tournament.
KINNEBREW NAMED PLAYER TO WATCH
After being named to the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference First Team last season,
Bergan Kinnebrew was announced as the UMary women's basketball Player to Watch for the 2025-26 season.
Last year, Kinnebrew led the team in scoring, averaging 15.5 points per game. The Bismarck, ND, native shot 38.8% from the field, 35.2% from three, and 84.4% from the free-throw line. The junior ranked 9
th in the conference in scoring, 2
nd in free throw percentage, 16
th in three pointers made per game, and 23
rd in steals per game.
MARAUDERS PROJECTED TO FINISH 6
TH IN THE NSIC
The NSIC Preseason Coaches' Poll projected the Marauders to finish 6th in the conference this season and 2
nd in the NSIC North. Last season, UMary finished tied for fifth in the NSIC during the regular season and was knocked out in the quarterfinals of the conference tournament.
