UMary finishes 3rd at Jimmie Invitational behind Wycklendt and Stepka’s top-15 performances

JAMESTOWN, ND – The University of Mary women's cross country team came away with a 3rd-place finish at the Jimmie Invitational, the best for any non-Division I school participating.

Senior Terez Wycklendt was the top runner that did not come from a Division I school with a 10th-place finish, clocking in at 22:11.8. Tori Stepka set a PR with a 22:26.5 in 12th place.

Ellyn Engels was the next to finish for UMary in 31st with a time of 23:31.3. Hannah Westin was not far behind with a 23:43.8 in 34th place. Giselle Jahner rounded out the team scoring with a PR of 24:07.4, finishing in 42nd place.
