The Marauders will face Bemidji State University Saturday at 3 pm, and then the University of Minnesota Crookston Sunday at 9 am.

LAST TIME OUT
The Marauders last traveled to southwestern Minnesota where they dropped a 2-5 match to Minnesota State University. However, they regained momentum a day later by clinching a 4-0 early victory over Southwest Minnesota State. Doaa Farouk Mohamed and Hala Hossam Awad were the lone Marauders to go 2-0 last weekend.

FAST STARTS
Returning All-NSIC First-Team member Chloe Chong has looked impressive again as the Marauders #1 singles competitor. The Sophomore from Selangor, Malaysia is 6-3 overall. Chong has also retained success with her doubles partner Ilona Freitag, who stand 7-3 overall together in doubles.

Doaa Farouk Mohamed is another strong returner for the Marauders, who has already earned NSIC Player of the Week honors and is the reigning NDPF UMary Female Athlete of the Week. Mohamed, a sophomore from Cairo, Egypt, is 8-2 overall for the Marauders.

While Coach Saliendra has enjoyed many successes from the returners, Hala Hossam Awad has made an immediate impact as a true freshman. Awad stands 10-1 overall in #4 singles with her only loss on the year coming from a DI opponent.

Four current Marauders earned 2022 All-Northern honors. Chloe Chong was a first-team All-NSIC singles selection. Ilona Freitag was named to the All-NSIC singles second team.
