Box Score MINNETONKA, MN – The University of Mary Tennis team has had one of their best seasons in program history this year. The Marauders 14 wins this year tied for the most wins in program history.  UMary's season came to an end at the hands of the eight time defending NSIC Champions Augustana by a score of 4-0.
 
"They fought tough for every point." Said Head Coach Vida Saliendra "I am very proud of the team as everyone played their best. We got this far because of that!"
 
Augustana was able to claim number one double 6-0 and number three doubles 6-2 to earn the point for doubles.
 
Jamie Stoppler lost to Grace Goble 6-1, 6-1 in number four singles.
 
Tasha Dembo fell to Kornelia Staniszewska in number one singles 6-0.
 
Augustana claimed the 4-0 victory when Laura Arce Vieyra beat Yusra Hegy 6-1, 6-3.
 
The Marauders will look to improve on this historic year next season as they return all of their athletes.
