This Week: The Marauders (2-0-1) return home to host two conference games. They'll compete against #10 Seattle Pacific (4-0-1) on Thursday, Sept. 25, and Saint Martin's (0-5-0) on Saturday, Sept. 27.

Seattle Pacific: Seattle Pacific has secured the #10 spot in the rankings with a 4-0-1 record. They have recorded two wins at home against Notre Dame de Namur and Cal State East Bay. They have a 1-0-1 record on the road with the win against Saint Martin's in the previous week. The Falcons are led by senior forward Sean Russell who has three goals and one assist on the season. He'll be aided by sophomore Stephen MacDonald who has one goal and four assists. Seattle Pacific has five players that have netted at least one goal so the Marauders need to contain the attack front with a solid defense. Sophomore Cody Lang has started every game for the Falcons in the net and he has only allowed one goal on the season while making 12 saves. Jordan Pearce and Christoffer Nogueira hope to continue their pace to keep the pressure on the Falcons.
Saint Martin's: Saint Martin's currently holds a record of 0-5-0 with losses on the road against UC San Diego, Cal State Los Angeles, and Cal State Chico. The Saints have struggled on the offensive end this year, with only four players registering exactly one goal. They are freshman forward McKray Kohn, senior forward Tody Tolo, sophomore forwad Jake Zimmer, and frehsman midfielder Kyle Witzel. The Marauders should easily keep up their defensive effort from the first three games. Junior Nick Rosato and senior JJ Olson have split time in the net for the Saints. Rosato has allowed four goal in two game while Olson has allowed 13 goals in three games. A well-balanced attack from U-Mary should be more than sufficient to secure a victory.
Next Week: The Marauders head back out on the road with games against Montana State University-Billings and Northwest Nazarene University.
Last Week: U-Mary exhibited a diverse offense with a 6-3 victory against South Dakota School of Mines. Jordan Pearce led the way with three goals and one assist. Christoffer Nogueira helped as well with two goals and Aaron Brennan rounded out the trio with one goal and two assist.
