RESULTSGRAND FORKS, N.D.—The University of Mary tennis team (11-4, 10-1 NSIC) concluded its Northern Sun season Sunday morning with one of its most dominant performances in program history. The Marauders picked up their eighth consecutive conference victory and their second straight 9-0 win, with a victory over University of Minnesota Crookston (4-10, 2-9 NSIC).
Sarah Janes improved to 6-0 on the weekend as she won her eighth straight match at No. 2 singles and her fifth straight match at No. 1 doubles. Janes has now won nine of her last 10 singles matches.
Senior
Hallie Welk's match was the closest of the day as she won 7-5, 6-2 at No. 1 singles over Katelyn Johnson, who entered the weekend with an 8-4 record, for her sixth consecutive win.

With their sixth straight win overall, U-Mary has set a program record with 10 NCAA wins. Winners of their last eight conference matches, the Marauders have also set a program record with 10 NSIC wins.
With the win the Marauders finished the conference season with a 10-1 record and secured the No. 2 seed in the NSIC Tournament. U-Mary will conclude it regular season on April 11 as it takes on Mount Mary College (S.D.) in Fargo, N.D.
