Norman added the Marauders final run of the inning on an infield single to score Brown as U-Mary took a commanding 8-0 lead heading to the fourth.

Game 2: U-Mary 6 Holy Family 7
A seventh inning six-run rally by the Marauders came up short as U-Mary fell 7-6 against Holy Family in game two. U-Mary trailed 7-0 heading to the final inning before exploding for a six-hit, six-run seventh inning.
Demaree Rodriguez was 3-for-3 against the Tigers with a double and an RBI.
The second game of the day started promising as Brown led off the first with a double and Norman followed with a bunt single. After Norman stole second the Marauders had runners at second and third, but a double play and a strikeout ended the threat.
Nothing went U-Mary's way in the bottom of the inning as the Tigers rattled off six runs on four hits while taking advantage of a Marauders error to take a 6-0 lead.
Holy Family added another run in the second as a result of a throwing error on a steal attempt.
The Tigers threatened in the third inning loading the bases, but stranded three.

Norman followed with a single to left to score Keen who walked. Swinging first pitch Ormsby single to centerfield to score Brown to pull within three.
With runners at first and third, Perales also swung first pitch, which resulted in a double to left field to put the game-tying run at second. Looking to replicate Ormsby and Perales, Mendez swung first pitch driving the ball to right, but the Tigers right fielder secured the final out of the game as the Marauders fell 7-6.
Brown and Norman both finished with two hits.
