St. Cloud, MN – The University of Mary opened the 2012 season with a 9-0 loss at St. Cloud State University in the Northern Sun opener for both squads.
 
The Huskies opened with a sweep in doubles and followed with a perfect mark in the six singles matches.
 
Rachel Phelps and Rachel Brown both played tough singles matches before falling by identical 6-2, 6-3 scores.
 
The Marauders return to the court against Upper Iowa on Saturday, February 11.
