Alyssa Becker kicked things off in style as she won the 5000 meter run at the 2024 Northern Sun Indoor Track & Field Championships with an NCAA provisional time of 16:58.71. She crossed the finish line over three seconds faster than her closest competitor. Becker is now a six-time All-Conference performer after her performance in the 5000. The Seabeck, WA, native then finished just .01 second shy of taking the 3000 as she finished runner-up and earned All-Conference status with a time of 9:57.79.
