The University of Mary Marauders

Malia Brudvik was named NSIC Defensive Player of the week. The Marauders senior played a key role in UMary posting two shutout wins over the weekend. Brudvik and the rest of the UMary defense held SMSU and USF to a combined 11 shots over the two games with only nine shots being on frame. She recorded two assists in the Marauders 3-0 win over SMSU. UMary leads the NSIC and is top five in NCAA in scoring defense, allowing 0.258 goals per game.
