Indoor: Did not compete. 
Outdoor: Competed at the Sun Belt Track and Field Championships in the Discus Throw (14th, 42.44m) and the Hammer Throw (21st, 46.01). Set a PR in the Hammer Throw at the UTSA Invitational (46.22m). Set a PR in the Discus Throw at the Texas Invitational (44.53m).

HIGH SCHOOL: Two-time Trinity League and Orange County champion. Member of the 2023 CIF Outdoor Champions. Captain of the throws team.

PERSONAL: Daughter of Byrnes and Tammy Lambert. Majoring in Marketing. Father boxed and played rugby at the Naval Academy.
