Biography

2020-21 (Sophomore)
As a Sophomore, Acheson placed 5th in 600m at the NSCI Indoor Conference meet with a time of 1:37.58. She also ran the 400m leg of the Distance Medley Relay to help the relay team finish 5th overall with a time of 12:29.46. In the outdoor season, Acheson ran her best 800m at the South Dakota Challenge (USD) with a time of 2:20.78. Acheson was also on the Dean’s List.

2019-20 (Freshman)
As a Freshman, Acheson competed in her first pentathlon at the UND Open and placed 2nd. She ran her PR in the 600m at the NSIC Indoor Challenge with a time of 1:40.18. At the conference meet she placed 11th in the pentathlon with 2964 points. Acheson was also on the Dean’s List.

PRIOR TO UMARY
High School
In high school, Grace competed in the MN AA State Track and Field Meet in 2017 (300m Hurdles), 2018 (4x4 Alt.) and 2019 (4x4, podium finish 6th place). She holds the NHS school record for the 4x4 relay (2019). Grace was a GPA Highest Honor Student, an Academic Student Coach, and an Honors Art student.

Daughter of Amy and Todd Acheson. Graduated from Northfield High School in Northfield, MN. Acheson is majoring in Media Production Communication and minoring in Psychology and Art.
