Indoor - Set a PR in the Mile at the SDSU Indoor Classic (5:45.56). Set a PR in the 3000m at the Bison Open (11:21.27).
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 10000m (20th, 42:06.28). Set a PR in the 10000m at the Al Bortke Open (41:15.04).

Indoor - Set a PR in the 5000m at the SDSU Indoor Classic (20:01.03).
Outdoor - Set a PR in the 1500m at the Marauders Tune-Up (5:31.27).

PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Track and Field, Dance, and Cross Country at Osseo High School. Won the 279 District Championship in the 3200m run in 2021. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Chad and Amy Christen. Majoring in Elementary Education. Sister Taylor Spinler (Christen) competed in Cross Country and Track and Field for the University of Minnesota Duluth. Relatives Paul, Jacob, and Eileen Markel all attended the University of Mary, with Eileen (Leong) competing for Marauders Tennis. Member of the National Education Association through North Dakota United.
