Indoor - Competed at the Marauders Tune-Up in the Mile. Dean's List.
Outdoor - Set a PR in the 800m at the NDSU Spring Classic (2:24.33). Set a PR in the 1500m at the Marauders Outdoor Opener (5:02.02). Dean's List.

2023-24
Indoor - Set PR in the Mile at the Marauders Rust Buster (5:43.31). Set a PR in the 600m at the Bison Open (1:48.34). Set a PR in the 1000m at the SDSU Classic (3:09.78). Dean's List.
Outdoor - Did not compete. Dean's List.

PRIOR TO UMARY

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Cross Country and Track and Field at Ellensburg High School. Named to 1st Team All-Conference in track and field in 2022 and 2023. Named 1st Team All-Conference in cross country in 2021 and 2022. Named Conference Runner of the Year in cross country in 2022. Helped school record in Distance Medley Relay. Team captain for both Track and Field and Cross Country in 2022-23. Team won Track and Field State Championship in 2019. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Matt and Karen Fromherz. Majoring in Exercise Science. Brother Joseph competes for Marauders Cross Country and Track and Field.
