HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in track and field and volleyball at Legacy High School. Competed at the 2026 NDHSAA State Track and Field Championships in 100m (3rd), 200m (5th), 4x100m (1st), and 4x200m (1st). Competed at the 2025 NDHSAA State Track and Field Championships in the 100m (3rd), 200m (6th), 4x200m (1st), and Triple Jump (13th). Competed at the 2024 NDHSAA State Track and Field in the 100m (6th), 200m (8th), and 4x200m (7th). Competed at the 2023 NDHSAA State Track and Field Championships in the 100m (10th), 200m (8th), 4x200m (4th), and Long Jump (19th). Competed at the 2022 NDHSAA State Track and Field Championships in the 100m (12th) and Long Jump (6th). Helped set state records in the 4x100m (47.96) and 4x200m (1:40.57). All-WDA in volleyball in 2024. Team captain in both sports. National Honor Society member. National Technical Honor Society member. 

PERSONAL: Daughter of Scott Volk and Karri Morris. Majoring in Occupational Therapy.
