PRIOR TO UMARY
A native of Savannah, GA, Emma Snider transferred to UMary for the 2020 season after playing her freshman year Georgia Military College. She has three seasons of eligibility with the Marauders. Snider claimed 2019 NJCAA All-Region second team honors after leading her league and Georgia Military in goals and points. She tallied 16 counters in 17 games to help the Bulldogs reach both the conference and region championship games and finish the season with a record of 10-8-1. Snider recorded two helpers, totaled 34 points and scored five game-winning goals to earn team most valuable player honors. In her prep career, Snider led Georgia Connections Academy to a CHAA state title as a senior in 2019, scoring the winning goal in the title game. A five-year varsity starter and four-year team captain, she posted 36 goals, 13 assists and 85 points in her final season to lead the state in goals and points. The 36 goals is a single-season CHAA record. Snider finished her career with 76 goals, 39 assists and 191 points in 56 games and is the school’s all-time points and goals leader.

Snider earned Dean’s and President’s List honors while earning her associate degree in Criminal Justice at GMC and was named to the High Honor Roll and the National Honor Society while at GCA.
 
Personal
The daughter of Paul Snider and Christine Truskolaski, she has a twin sister who plays soccer at the University of South Alabama. Snider is majoring in Business and Criminal.
