As a NSIC All Scholar Athlete, Courtnay swam season-best times of 27.13 in the 50 free, 1:08.68 in 100 back, 2:32.47 in the 200 back, and 1:09.96 in the 100 IM at the NSIC Championships. Kiecker had one top 5 finish in dual meets.

Posted career best times of 2:15.35 in the 200 Free, 1:07.24 in the 100 Back, & 1:07.01 in the 100 IM at the NSIC Championships
Had career best times of 1:01.40 in the 100 Free, 2:35.15 in the 200 Back at the Dragon/Cobber Invite

High School
Courtnay Kiecker is a three-time high school state qualifier for Jamestown High School and served as team captain as a senior in 2017. She competed in the 50 free, 100 back, 200 free relay and 400 free relay at the North Dakota High school state meet this year. In addition to her work in the pool Courtnay is also her senior class president.
"Courtnay is a great fit for our team," said McCallum. "Her coachability and desire to contribute to our teams continued improvement has us really excited to welcome her to our team next fall. She has great leadership qualities and we see a lot of potential in Courtnay."
