PRIOR TO UMARY
A graduate transfer to the University of Mary from Upper Iowa University with one year of eligibility remaining… Dennis played the last three season for the Peacocks (2015-18), appearing in every game in those three years… Averaged 12.5 points, 4.3 rebounds, 1.6 assists and 1.2 steals per game as a junior in 2017-18 at UIU… As a sophomore in 2016-17 Upper Iowa participated in the NCAA Division National Tournament and averaged 9.5 points and 3.9 rebounds while shooting 50.2 percent from the floor… Averaged 7.1 points and 2.9 rebounds per game while posting a field goal percentage of 47.2 as a redshirt freshman in 2015-16… Redshirted his true freshman season in 2014-15… Won a Minnesota state high school championship at Apple Valley High School and earned all-tournament, all-state and all-conference accolades. 
 
“I’ve known Dennis for a long time!” said Marauders head coach Joe Kittell. “I got to know him very well while recruiting him while I was at Lake Region State College. When he became available the spring I knew he was a guy we had to have. He is one of the toughest kids I’ve ever watched play and he will instantly bring that toughness to our team. I expect him to come every day with a great purpose and passion.”
