Raced cross country and competed in the NSIC Championships. 2016-17 Ran a season best 23:07.5 at the NSIC Cross Country Championships. Raced the mile & 3k during indoor track and field. Transitioned to the 10k for outdoor track. Earned NSIC All-Academic in cross country, indoor track and field, and outdoor track and field. 2015-16 Competed in NSIC & Central Region Championships. Season best of 22:48.0 at the Central Region Championships. Ran the 5k for indoor track.

High School
Ran cross country for Dickinson High School. Earned All-State Honors junior and senior year in Class A Cross Country. Also helped team to 4th place finish at state in 2013.

Ran track and field for Richardton-Taylor High School. 4x region 1600m champion. Achieved All-State Honors in Class B track and field junior & senior year. In 2014, placed 7th in 1600m and 6th in 3200m. In 2015, placed 6th in 3200m.
