Biography

BEFORE U-MARY
An all-conference player as a sophomore in 2012, Tara Welch helped Century High School to North Dakota state high school championships in 2011 and 2013, her freshman and junior seasons. Welch will be reunited with Marauders head coach Sarah McNulty in the fall, who coached Century to the 2011 title. Welch is currently playing for U-Mary women's assistant coach Nate Ulness. A member of the student council and the National Honor Society, Tara is the daughter of Holly Dietrich and Jason Welch and will major in exercise science at U-Mary.
