HUDSON, WI – The University of Mary women's golf team had a solid outing at the Maverick/Golden Bear Fall Brawl, placing 6
th in the 14-team field.
Freshman
Sydney Miller led the Marauders just outside the top-10, placing 11
th with a 153 (+11). Miller was tied for the third-best score following the first round of action.
Following Miller was reigning NSIC Golfer of the Week
Annie Neva. The sophomore placed 22
nd with a score of 159 (+17) after tallying the best second round score on the team.
Carrie Carmichael placed 43
rd after finishing with a 165 (+23). Freshman
Demi Bolin followed to round out the team scoring with a 167 (+25) in 49
th.
Bolin birdied on the final hole of the tournament to secure the 6
th-place finish for the Marauders.
