BISMARCK, ND – With a desire to enhance athletic department operations, improve efficiencies and elevate the scholar-athlete experience, the University of Mary is excited to announce a new partnership with Spry, a modern collegiate athletics management platform.
Spry provides an intuitive online platform for athletic departments with a comprehensive set of tools to manage recruiting, compliance, communication, scheduling and digital paperwork built specifically for the needs of NCAA Division II and III institutions.
"The world of intercollegiate athletics is more dynamic and robust than ever before. As a result, we began looking for a solution that would allow us to meet the growing needs of a best-in-class NCAA Division II athletic department, steward our resources in the most appropriate manner, and remain nimble and responsive to our scholar-athletes, coaches, and partners across the entirety of campus," said UMary Director of Intercollegiate Athletics
Marcus Wagner. "Moving to Spry allows us to streamline both internal and external processes and simplify how our coaches, administrators and scholar-athletes interact."
Marauders athletics features 20 programs and over 500 scholar-athletes.
"We're excited to welcome the University of Mary to our growing community of forward-thinking institutions," said Lyle Adams, founder and CEO of Spry. "Marcus and his team understand the importance of embracing technology that works for them - not against them. At Spry, our mission is to help D2 and D3 administrators modernize without complexity, and we're honored to be supporting UMary's next chapter."
As part of the partnership, Spry will provide hands-on implementation support, ensuring a smooth rollout and immediate impact. This collaboration adds to Spry's growing presence across the Northern Sun Intercollegiate Conference and the broader NCAA Division II landscape and solidifying the company's role as a trusted partner to athletics departments nationwide.
