BISMARCK, ND – The University of Mary men's cross country team will be heading into the postseason with momentum, claiming victory at the Marauders Open at McDowell Dam. Caleb Hansen also earned his first cross country win in the process.

Hansen paced the field comfortably, winning by nearly 40 seconds. His final time of 25:19.6 is the best of his senior year thus far. Behind him in 2^nd was Nick Lind and his PR of 25:58.3. Raine Skjod followed in 4^th with a 26:16.6.

A pair of freshmen rounded out the scoring with Luke Bartunek in 8^th (27:06.7) and Zacarias Troutman (27:09.1) in 9^th.

The Marauders will be back on the course in two weeks for the NSIC Championships. The meet will be held at the Wayne Country Club in Wayne, NE on Oct. 24.
