Posting a 13-14 record, Nate scored 44 takedowns with ten bonus point wins on his way to becoming Champion of the Jimmie Open and taking third place at the DWU Open. Nate qualified for day two of the NCAA Super Regional 3 tournament. Kim Humann, mother of Nate, was honored as Fan of the Year at the 2018 Team Banquet. We thank the Humann family for their amazing support!

2017
With 12-8 record, scoring 29 takedowns and 1 technical fall, Nate was Champion of the Tyler Plummer Classic. The sophomore set the tone vs NSIC rival Minot State. Nate was also a key component to the team’s 10
th place finish in the NCAA Division II NWCA All-Academic Team race with his 3.5 GPA, which earned him NCWA Academic All-American honorable mention honors.Â

PRIOR TO UMARY
Son of Michael and Kim Humann, Nathan is another local wrestling standout for Century High School. For his career, Nathan has amassed 147 career wins while placing four times at the state tournament (8th, 5th, 3rd, 1st). In his senior season, Nathan is the 2014 North Dakota State Champion while being named captain for his team. He was selected to Academic All-State for all four years at Century High School and was named team captain his senior year.
