Indoor - Competed at the NSIC Championship in the 600m Dash (7th, 1:23.79). Placed 2nd in the 4x400m Relay. Set PRs in the 600m (1:22.29), 400m (50.28), 300m (35.68). Helped set school record in the 4x400m Relay. Team captain.
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 400m Hurdles (3rd, 53.64). Won the NSIC Championship as a member of the 4x400m Relay team, setting NSIC Championship record (3:11.51). Set PRs in the 400m Hurdles (53.09) and 200m (21.77). Helped set the school record in the 4x300m Relay (2:25.67). Team captain.

Indoor - Did not compete.
Outdoor - Competed at the NSIC Championships in the 400m Hurdles (8th, 54.44).

2019-23
Placed 3rd at the RMAC Championships in the 4x400m Relay four times. RMAC Academic Honor Roll from 2021-23. NCAA DII Athetic Directors Association Academic Award in 2020-21. Dean's List in 2019 and 2020. President's List recipient in 2021, 22, 23. 

HIGH SCHOOL: Competed in Track and Field, Football, Basketball, and Trap Shooting at Garden County HS. Seven-time conference champion in the 110m Hurdles, 300m Hurdles, and 4x400m Relay. Four-time district champion in the 110m Hurdles, 300m Hurdles, and 4x400m Relay. Class Salutatorian. Honor Roll each year from 2015 to 2019. National Honor Society member in 2018 and 2019. 

PERSONAL: Son of Eustolia and Eduardo Vargas. Competed alongside brother Osvaldo Cano at UMary.
