2019
As a senior Sidney played in and started all 18 games for the Marauders, she also registered 1532 minutes on the pitch. Sidney scored five goals for the Marauders and tallied three assists. Sidney had a career high night playing against Northern State, scoring 2 goals and registering 1 assist in the match.

2018
During the 2018 season, Sidney played in all of the Marauders 19 games and started in 10 of them.  She totaled 994 minutes on the pitch. She scored 2 goals and had 1 assist. She finished the season with 9 shots on goal.

PRIOR TO UMARY
Sidney Burrell, a Rexburg, ID, native, played in the midfield for Sheridan College in Sheridan, WY. As a freshman in 2016, Burrell was named to the All-Conference Second Team. In her sophomore year (2017), she scored 11 goals and tallied four assists. Burrell scored a clutch diving header during the second overtime period of the semifinal game to advance Sheridan College to the Region IX Championship for the first time in school history. 
 
Named to the All-Conference First Team, Burrell was also named the Sheridan Press Fall Female Athlete of the Year for her performance. Prior to her time at Sheridan College, she attended and played for Madison High School in Rexburg, ID. Her favorite sports team is the United States Women's National Soccer Team and her favorite athlete is Ali Krieger.
 
When asked why she chose the University of Mary, Burrell said "UMary is a great school and has an even better soccer program." 
 
The daughter of Dude and Jeannie Burrell, she also has five siblings; Mackenzie, Austin, Kayson, Tyke and Stockton. At the University of Mary, Sidney plans to study Psychology.
