Biography

2021 (Sophomore)
In her sophomore season, Petik played 46 sets and recorded 31 digs which was 0.65 digs/set. Petik also earned Unsung Athlete of the Year honors at the Night of Champions.

2020 (Freshman)
Fall Season canceled due to Covid-19.  Competed in all four matches in the spring of 2021.

High School
Laura Petik comes to UMary from Stevens High School in Rapid City, South Dakota. While at Stevens Petik was a three-year varsity student-athlete and received defensive MVP honors in 2017, 2018 and 2019. In 2018 and 2019 Petik was named to the Twin Cities All-Tournament Team. During Laura Petik’s junior year she was a 2018 State Champion in volleyball.  In 2019 Petik was a SD Future 50 invitee and SDVBCA Academic All-State recipient.
