2023-24:  Assistant Captain…Tallied 7 goals and added 11 assists in 39 games played…Added 1 PPG and 5 PPA…Scored 1^st UMary goal against M1 Midland University on 10-21-23…ACHA M1 National Tournament participant…Midwest College Hockey regular and post season runner up.
           
THE HEITKAMP FILE:  Played the 2022-23 season at ACHA MD1 Waldorf University. Tallied 8 goals and added 18 assists for 26 points in 32 games…Was named to the Midwest College Hockey (MCH) 1^st Team for the 2^nd consecutive season…in 2021-22 also played for Waldorf scoring 8 goals and adding 9 assists for 17 points while earning 1^st team recognition in the MCH…During the 2020-21 season he split time at Waldorf and the University of Jamestown recording 7 goals and 3 assists in 23 games played…He spent two seasons in junior hockey playing the 2018-19 season with Waywayseecappo Wolverines (MJHL) recording 1-10-11 in 54 games…The 2019-20 season was spent with the St. Cloud Blizzard and MN Wilderness of the NAHL and the Rochester Grizzlies (NA3HL)…He recorded 13-23—36 in 45 games played…Michael played three seasons of HS hockey at Grand Rapids HS in MN…Youth hockey was played in Bismarck, ND
