2024 (Senior)
Played in 82 sets and 24 matches during the 2024 season. She recorded 165 kills, averaging 2.01 kills per set on a .222 hitting percentage. Posted 37 blocks, averaging 0.45 blocks per set. She recorded 31 digs, 13 aces and eight assists.

2023 (Junior)
Cooper played in 102 sets and all 28 matches while starting 27 of them. She was third on the team in kills with 204, averaging 2.69 kills per set. Defensively, Cooper was second on the team in blocks (72) while recording 50 digs. She had a season-best 14 kills against Bemidji State University. Cooper was named to the NSIC All-Academic Team. She was named a 2024 Northern Sun Myles Brand recipient.

2022 (Junior)
Appeared in all 96 sets and started all 28 matches. Cooper was a key player in the middle in her second full season with the Marauders, ranking second on the team with 178 kills (1.85 per set). Defensively, Cooper led the team with 67 total blocks, 16 of which were unassisted. Had a season-high 13 kills on October 15 against Augustana. Earned UMary Athlete of the Week honors after a double-double performance against Minnesota Crookston (12 kills, 12 blocks) on September 17. Named to the NSIC Academic Team of Excellence. Named to the CSC 2022 Academic All-District® Women's Volleyball Team. 

2021 (Sophomore)
As a sophomore, she played in 60 sets and recorded 1.81 kills per set. Cooper also earned 25 blocks this year.  She had a match high 10 kills against the University of Minnesota Crookston. Awarded with Strength Athlete of the Year at the Night of Champions.

2020 (Freshman)
Fall Season canceled due to Covid-19.  Played in all four matches this spring and led the team in hitting efficiency against Black Hills State on March 14, 2021.  Currently tied with the most blocks on the team at 5 and posted 21 kills throughout the shortened season.
 
PRIOR TO UMARY
High School
Maddie Cooper comes from Fargo Davies High School where she was a three- year varsity student-athlete and qualified for state all three years. Cooper was also a member of the 2019 North Dakota State Championship team. During Cooper’s senior year she was awarded All-Conference and selected to the North Dakota State All-Tournament team. Cooper also led her team in blocks and served as the team captain. During her senior year Cooper was part of the National Honors Society.

Cooper plans to study Psychology at the University of Mary.
