Coming off a redshirt season appeared in all 29 games. Averaged 21.6 minutes per game. Recorded 191 points, 91 rebounds, 26 assists, and 5 steals. Scored a career-high 18 points against St. Cloud State on Jan. 11

The top-ranked prospect in North Dakota according to PrepHoops.com. Averaged 15.4 points and 6.7 rebounds/game in 2017-18. led Century High School to a record of 25-2 and WDA & State Class A Championships. Earned All-WDA, North Dakota Class A All-State 1st Team, State Class A All-Tournament (Tournament MVP). 1^st team All-WDA and named to the WDA and state all-tournament team in 2017 as a junior. Multi-sport athlete. Placed 7^th in the high jump at state as a sophomore and 4^th as a junior at the North Dakota state track meet. Part of back-to-back state track & field championship teams in 2015 and 2016 as a freshman and sophomore. Member of the National Honor Society. Ranked academically at the top of his class. Helps coach youth soccer and basketball.

Personal
Son of Dan and Tammy Sipes. Grandfather taught accounting at UMary and his father Dan is a University of Mary graduate. Intends to major in nursing at UMary.
