Childers ran the 1500m outdoors at the NSIC Championships, where she finished in 7th place.
 
PRIOR TO UMARY
Childers was a four-time State Qualifier in cross country where she finished 3rd in 2010, 2nd in 2011, 14th in 2012, and 11th in 2013 for four total All-State honors. Childers finished 3rd her sophomore year at Nike XC Regionals. Childers was her conference champion in the 3200m all four years that she competed. Childers broke her high school’s 1600m record her junior year with a time of 5:13.
