OKLAHOMA CITY, OK – Following a season filled with stellar play, four University of Mary skaters received 2025-26 postseason accolades from Midwest College Hockey.
Amraj Gill,
Dain Sardelli and
Alex Senf claimed MCH All-League second team honors while
Isaac Flatley was selected to the MCH All-Rookie Team.
In his first season at UMary, Gill led the Marauders in assists with 25 and was fourth on the team in points with 33. The defenseman from Surrey, British Columbia, scored eight goals, including a team-best five on the power play. He paced all MCH blueliners in total points this season and was second in points/game at 0.87.
Sardelli, also playing in his first season at UMary, was second on the Marauders and third in the MCH in both goals scored (19) and total points (38). Additionally the forward from Hebron, ND, had 19 assists. The timing of his goal-scoring was impeccable as he was credited with seven game-winning goals, a total that ranks second among all American Collegiate Hockey Association Men's Division 1 players and first in the MCH.
A forward in his second season, Senf paced the UMary offensive attack. The Fargo, ND, native finished with 21 goals and 19 assists for 40 points in 40 games. He led UMary in both goals and points. Additionally his point total topped all MCH players and he was seventh in points/game (1.0). Senf scored three times on the power play and has two game-winning goals.
Another newcomer to the Marauders, Flatley delivered 12 goals and 15 assists for 27 points. Out of Virginia, MN, Flatley played in 39 games and contributed both a power play and shorthanded goal. Twice he delivered the game-winner.
The Marauders finished third in the MCH in the regular season and advanced to the championship game in the playoffs.
UMary next competes at the ACHA MD1 national tournament. The #10 seed, the Marauders face #23 Lawrence Tech on Thursday, March 12, at 4:45 pm in the opening round. Held at the Centene Community Ice Center in Maryland Heights, MO, the ACHA MD1 tournament starts March 12 with the championship game set for Tuesday, March 17.
