SARTELL, MN – The University of Mary tennis team (1-4, 1-3 Northern Sun) fell 4-3 in a hard-fought contest against Minnesota State University Moorhead (2-4, 1-2 NSIC).
UMary fell 2-1 in doubles competition, giving the Dragons one team point.

Natalia Jorge Magarzo and
Maja Panganiban won #2 doubles by beating Katryna Hansen and Camilla Bonini 6-3.
Brooke Mulholland and
Anna Sueflohn dropped #3 doubles 6-2 to Emma Farder and Autumn Kron.
Elizabete Lekse impressed in #2 singles, defeating Katryna Hansen 6-2, 6-1.
Anna Sueflohn won 6-4, 6-1 in #4 singles over Emma Farder.
Brooke Mulholland earned her second straight win in #6 singles, defeating Autumn Kron 7-6, 3-6, 1-0.
Natalia Jorge Magarzo fell in #1 singles 6-4, 6-1 to Luzmary Diaz.
#3 singles saw
Josie Sueflohn lose to Sophia Felderman 6-1, 6-4.
Maja Panganiban dropped a back-and-forth match 2-6, 7-5, 6-3 to Camilla Bonini.
The Marauders head to St. Petersburg, FL, to compete in their spring break matches. UMary opens against Eckerd College on Thursday, February 26.
