BISMARCK, ND –
Allison Undlin recorded her sixth double-double of the season to help lead the University of Mary women's basketball team (17-6, 10-4 Northern Sun) to a 67-55 victory over Augustana University (7-13,4-10 NSIC) at home. The Marauders are now in a tie for third place in the NSIC standings.
Allison Undlin led all players with 18 points and 12 rebounds on 8-of-13 shooting from the field. Undlin has now scored double figures in her last 14 games.
Eden Fridley scored 14 points and dished out a team-high six assists.
Bergan Kinnebrew posted 10 points and four assists, shooting 5-of-10 from the floor.
Anna Lenzen had nine points and one block.
Emily Jaenke knocked down three treys off the bench to score nine points.
Chloe Pfau produced eight points, eight rebounds, and four assists.
The Marauders struggled early, as the Vikings held an 18-12 lead at the end of the first quarter. UMary opened the second quarter on a 7-0 run and would take a 29-28 lead going into halftime.
A 10-0 run in the third quarter would help the Marauders increase their lead to 45-37 heading into the fourth quarter.

UMary shot 28-of-59 (47.5%) from the field and 9-of-28 (32.1%) from behind the arc, while holding AU to 22-of-57 (38.6%) from the floor and 3-of-11 (27.3%) from three. The Marauders shot 2-of-7 (28.6%) from the charity stripe, while the Vikings went 8-of-11 (72.7%) from the free-throw line.
UMary outrebounded AU 36-35. The Marauders committed 13 turnovers, and the Vikings had 14 giveaways.
The Marauders head to Winona, MN, to challenge Winona State University on Friday, January 30, at 5:30 pm.
