ST. PAUL, MN – The University of Mary volleyball team fell 3-0 (25-15, 25-13, 25-19) on the road to #10 Concordia-St. Paul.
UMary (6-15, 3-10 NSIC) recorded 26 kills on a .066 hitting percentage, while CSP (16-4, 12-1 NSIC) recorded 42 kills on a .298 attack percentage. The Marauders had 23 assists and four aces, while the Golden Bears had 29 assists and ten aces. UMary had four blocks and CSP had nine.
With the score tied at 9-9 in the first set, CSP would go on a 7-0 run to take control and win 25-15. The Golden Bears came out firing in the second set, taking it down 25-13.
The Marauders showed grit in the third set as they battled to earn a 19-18 lead. CSP went on another 7-0 run to win the final set 25-19.

Dani Highum led the team with 11 digs and five kills.
Judith Burke had a team-high eight kills to go along with six digs.
Maddy Freed had 12 assists, five digs and two blocks.
Katie Bleeker recorded ten digs.
Myra Newman posted six kills.
Gabby Caskey had three blocks, three kills and two aces.
Natalie Boehmer had eight assists and five digs.
