FARGO, ND – The University of Mary tennis team (8-6, 7-3 Northern Sun) swept Bemidji State University 7-0 in Fargo, ND.

The Marauders came out dominant and earned a point after sweeping their doubles matches.
Chloe Chong and
Ilona Freitag took home the victory in number one doubles, winning 6-2.
Doaa Farouk Mohamed and
Emily Needham won 6-1 in number two doubles.
Callie McDonald and
Heidi Jacobson were victorious in number three doubles, 6-1.
Chong led the way in number one singles as she took down Sophie Green 6-2, 6-1.
In number two singles, Freitag won a tough match against Shaelyn Johnson 4-6, 6-3, 6-0.
Mohamed showcased her dominance as she took down Nicoleta Anestiadi 6-0, 6-0 in number three singles.
In number four singles, Needham was victorious over Laney Rutkowski 6-1, 6-4.
Jacobson continued UMary's momentum as she won 7-5, 6-0 in number five singles over Isabela Nelson.
McDonald wrapped the match up for the Marauders as she defeated Lily Jones 6-2, 6-1 in number six singles.
