BISMARCK, ND – There were several close and exciting duals in the matchup between the #20 University of Mary wrestling team (9-2, 3-2 Northern Sun) and #10 Augustana University (7-3). UMary would lose to AU 27-6. The Marauders lost four matches by one point while also having another three duals go into sudden victory.

Braydon Huber (157) would get UMary on the board as he would win a hard-fought battle over Tyler Wagener by a 4-2 sudden victory.
Laken Boese (141) earned the Marauders their second victory on the day as he defeated Brayden Curry by a 14-2 major decision.
Lincoln Turman (149) kicked things off for the Marauders as he would lose an 11-3 major decision to Hunter Burnett.
Leo Mushinsky (165) would lose in an incredibly close contest to Miles Fitzgerald by a 4-3 sudden victory.

Max Bruss (174) would fall in another close match to #7 Cade Mueller by a 5-4 decision. Mueller won by a last-second escape.
Wyatt Lidberg (184) fell to #12 Kolby Kost by a 19-7 major decision.
For the third time in the dual, a match went to sudden victory as #10
Matthew Kaylor (197) lost to Steven Hajas by a 3-1 SV.
Gerardo Jaime (285) would lose in another tight match to #8 Steven Hajas by a 5-4 decision after Hajas earned a reversal in the dying seconds of the match.
Jaden Verhagen (125) lost by a 6-2 decision to #4 Jaxson Rohman
