MINOT, ND – The University of Mary softball team picked up a dominant 7-0 win over Montana State – Billings. The win was propelled by a shutout on the mound by
Kaitlyn Alvarado and 13 hits from the plate, including five players posting multi hit performances. Doubles by
Rachael Laetsch and
Madelynn Trout highlighted the Marauders efforts in a 9-3 loss to Minot State.
With today's split the Marauders move to 3-6 on the season. Minot State improves to 6-5 on the year and MSUB moves to 6-9.

Rebekkah Keller reaching on an error that sent in
Madelynn Trout and
Kasidy Chileen. Minot State responded by scoring eight runs in the last four innings of play. Doubles by Laetsch and Trout highlighted the Marauders efforts

Kaitlyn Alvarado dominated from the mound in UMary's 7-0 win over MSU Billings. The Marauders put runs up on the board in five of the seven innings with eight different players recording hits, five of those players recording multiple hits.
