UPDATE Pandemic Grand Prix 3200 meter time trial kicks off intrasquad competition for Marauders

BISMARCK, ND – The first leg of the Marauders Pandemic Grand Prix commenced on Tuesday with the University of Mary men's and women's track & field and cross country teams competing in a 3,200 meter run. The intrasquad competition is the first of five events the Marauders will hold this fall.
 
"Without any meets this fall, we wanted to create a competitive opportunity in a time of need for our programs to compete," said Marauders head track & field and cross country coach Dennis Newell. "Our response to this demand for competition was to create the Pandemic Grand Prix Series."
A team event for scholar-athletes in the UMary track & field and cross country programs, the competition falls within the program's CARA hours (countable athletically related activities).

Friday, October 16 | 4:15 pm | 6,000 meters/ 8,000 meters | McDowell Dam
Wednesday, November 4 | 4:15 pm | 3200 meters | University of Mary Outdoor Track
Friday, November 6 | 4:15 pm | 6,000 meters/ 8,000 meters | McDowell Dam
Friday, November 13 | 4:15 pm | 6,000 meters/ 8,000 meters | McDowell Dam
