Gudereit throws 5-hit complete game but #16 Vikings sweep Marauders

SIOUX FALLS, SD – Facing the 3rd ranked team in the country, University of Mary lefthander Colin Gudereit pitched a 5-hit complete game for the Marauders in a 3-0 loss to Augustana University to open a Northern Sun doubleheader. In a pair of games relocated from Bismarck, ND, to Sioux Falls, SD, due to unseasonable weather issues, the Marauders also fell short to the Vikings in the night cap 10-5.

It will be the first two conference games the Marauders will have had cancelled this season, though most of their NSIC games have been relocated, have undergone a date change, or both as unseasonable cold temperatures have enveloped the upper Midwest.
