First Half Goal Flurry Leads Marauders Past Crimson Storm

Box Score BISMARCK, N.D. – An offensive explosion featuring goals by four different players led the University of Mary women's soccer team to a 4-1 non-conference win over Southern Nazarene University. The Marauders scored the first four goals of the game, including three in the opening half.

In a free-wheeling game, Michelle McGeary put the Marauders on the board first in the 29th minute. Taking a thru-ball from Zara O'Hagan down the left side, McGeary turned in and scored short side from 15 yards out. It was McGeary's second goal of the season.

Just 1:59 later, freshman Alyssa Dollinger scored her first collegiate goal. Sprinting past the Crimson Storm defenders, Dollinger took a direct pass over the defenders from Meagan Searson and buried a shot into the upper left corner from 20 yards out.
