LAST TIME OUT: U-Mary wrestling fell last week in a down-to-the-wire 21-18 decision against Minot State University.
Jonah Westbury picked up his second win in his last three decisions in a 3-1 win over the Beavers Bob Bartz. Westbury used a first period takedown to gain the lead and only allowed a point on an escape. Tom Devito earned his first divisional win and fourth victory of the season with a 4-3 win over Mitchell Eull. Two other Marauders also earned wins in U-Mary's narrow loss to MiSU. Junior
Hunter Menendez captured the 125 match in an entertaining 8-6 win. At 141
Alec Lindsey rolled to a 9-2 victory.
THIS WEEK: U-Mary will host its last home match of the season as it takes on Northern State University on Thursday at 7 p.m. The Marauders will take on Minnesota State University Moorhead on the road on Saturday at 4 p.m.

THE RECORDS: U-Mary is 1-8 overall and 0-5 in the NSIC. Northern state is 4-10 overall and 0-6 in NSIC action. MSU Moorhead is 6-9 overall and 3-4 in the NSIC.
RECENT HISTORY: The Marauders lost to the Wolves last season 27-12, but beat Northern State each of the two years prior. The Marauders lost to the Dragons 23-13 last season and split the prior two meetings.
SO FAR THIS SEASON: U-Mary has competed in four open meets and nine duals. UM's only dual win came at the UCM Duals when it defeated Newman 27-22.
Trevor Johnson, ranked sixth in the region, placed in both opens he has participated in, including a title at the Cobber open. Johnson is leading the team with a 14-4 record.
Brock Krumm has a 10-10 record and is U-Mary's only other wrestler ranked regionally at No. 8 at 165.
NSU is coming off of a 31-19 loss to Minot State in which it left 125 and 184 open. The Wolves are projected to fill 125 against the Marauders, but leave 184 open. NSU's top wresteler this season has been Joe Gomez who maintains a 19-12 record overall and a 10-5 divisional mark. Gomez is ranked sixth in the region.
MSUM is coming off of a 25-16 loss to Augustana College. The Dragons won three of 10 matches. MSUM is led by a pair of regionally ranked wrestlers in Blake Bosch (125) and Conner Monk (174). Bosch is 16-10 overall, with a 9-6 divisional mark and Monk is 10-10 and 7-4.
