The University of Mary Marauders

This week’s NDPF Male Athlete of the Week is Gavin Argent from the UMary Men’s Golf team. Argent was the top golfer for UMary at the Fall Brawl hosted at the Troy Burne Golf Club by Concordia-St Paul and Minnesota State University. Argent finished tied for 18th individually with a two-day total score of 150 (+8). 

In his biggest shot of the tournament, Argent sunk a hole-in-one on the 148-yard 11th hole. It's his first hole-in-one and the first for the team in the newest era of Marauders golf. 

In a tightly packed grouping, UMary finished two strokes out of 7th place and 10 out of 4th. 

Argent is a junior from Minot, ND.
