Jacob tallied a 1-2 record competing at 149 lbs. He was named an Academic All-American by the
National Wrestling Coaches Association for his effort in the classroom.
 
2020 (Redshirt)
Jacob redshirted this season, where he put together a 2-9 record at 149 lbs. He had two
pins on the year.

High School
Born in Okinawa, Japan Jacob moved to Billings, Montana where he attended Billings Central Catholic High School where he was a member of the National Honor Society, earned a 4.0 GPA, three academic all-state honors in football, and four academic all-state honors in wrestling. Jacob was a two sport athlete earing three letters on his state championship football team, and four letters in wrestling. While wrestling for his father, Coach Barry Morgan, Jacob earned two team MVP honors, three team captain honors, and four all-conference honors. Jacob ended his 95 win career with two Montana state records for pin times. Jacob enjoys volunteers at local Billings elementary/middle schools. Jacob’s favorite athlete is Olympic Champion Kyle Snyder, and is a fan of the Oklahoma Sooners.
 
Personal
Jacob Morgan is the son of Barry Morgan who played football at University of Northern Iowa, and Tina Morgan. Jacob plans to study Education at the University of Mary.
