2020-21 (Sophomore)
During Kramchynsky’s first outdoor season in over a year, she threw a lifetime best throw in the hammer throw at 42.68m. Kramchynsky had a lifetime best throw in the discus with a throw of 40.89m at the Dickinson State University Last Chance meet. During the 2021 NSIC Outdoor Track and Field Championships, Nicole threw a personal best throw in both javelin and shotput. She finished 9^th in shotput with a best throw of 13.46m. Kramchynsky finished 2^nd in the javelin with a best throw of 39.34m. Nicole was on the Dean’s list. During indoor season, Nicole had a seasons best shotput throw of 13.03m while in attendance to the Black Hills State University 2021 Stinger Open. She threw a lifetime best throw in the weight throw at the North Dakota State University Bison Open where she threw 14.55m. During the 2021 NSIC Indoor Track and Field Championships, Kramchynsky threw 12.92m to finish 11^th in the shotput. Nicole was on the Dean’s list.

2019-20 (Freshman)
Kramchynsky redshirted her outdoor season due to COVID-19. During indoor season, Nicole had a lifetime best throw in shotput at the Black Hills State University in February where she finished 2^nd with a throw of 13.23m. Nicole threw 13.75m in the weight throw at the North Dakota State University. She finished the indoor season with a 12^th place finish at conference in the shotput. Kramchynsky was on the Dean’s list.
 
PRIOR TO UMARY
Nicole competed in track and field from her freshmen to senior year before graduating from St. Isidore High School in Bellevue, SK, Canada. During this time, Nicole earned six provincial medals in the throwing events. In her junior year, she earned a bronze medal at nationals in shotput. She is the daughter of Anna Marie and Ted Kramchynsky.
