Biography

PRIOR TO UMARY
Lauren participated in two True Team State meets in 2017 and in 2018, along with running in the 4x100 relay at the Hamline Elite meet in 2017. She also played soccer as a goalie for Rosemount High School and REV soccer club. She received MVP three times in her high school soccer career and was captain twice in this time for her club team. She also joined her team in the state soccer championships in 2016 to take 2nd. Having received scholar-athlete awards all four years in both sports, she also graduated an Advanced Placement Scholar. She is the daughter of Mark and Cindy Spindler and will be majoring in nursing.
