PRIOR TO UMARY
Alysa competed for the Varsity Track and Field team in Belgrade, MT where she became team captain, state champion and record breaker. She competed in long jump (17’3.75”), triple jump, high jump, pole vault (11’6”), 100 m hurdles (15.45), 4x1 relay and 4x4 relay. Sophomore year she was on the 4x4 team that took the state title. Both her junior and senior season she took the state title for pole vault. Her senior season was ended on a good note with a Top Ten title in pole vault and a new school record for pole vault of 11’6”. She was awarded the MVP her sophomore through senior year along with All State and All Conference all 4 years of competition. Alysa is the daughter of Michelle and Adam Henry and will major in Exercise Science headed towards Physical Therapy.
