PRIOR TO U-MARY
As a sophomore at Lane in 2013-14, Mahaffie averaged 10.2 points, 6.6 rebounds, 1.7 steals and 1.5 blocks per game while shooting 41 per cent from the floor, 35 per cent behind the arc and 73 per cent at the line. The Titans finished 19-5 overall.
 
The Titans won the NWAACC in Mahaffie's freshman season of 2012-13, finishing the season 30-2. She averaged 7.3. points, 5.4 rebounds, .9 steals and .5 blocks per game, connecting on 47 per cent of her field goal attempts, 57 per cent of her free throw attempts and making 39 per cent of three point attempts.
 
A 2012 graduate from Willamette High School, Mahaffie was the team captain and averaged nine points and five rebounds as a senior to earn all-league honorable mention honors while helping her squad finish second in the 5A state tournament. She was a second team all-conference selection as a junior and the school won the 5A state title her freshman season in 2009. 
 
Tori, who is also a National Honor Society member in high school, is the daughter of Rachael Mahaffie and Bill Mahaffie and intends to major in biology at U-Mary.
