2022-23 (Graduate Student)
Appeared in 24 games with 24 starts. Averaged 23.7 minutes per game with 3.2 points per game, 2.5 assists per game, and 1.3 steals per game. Kottsick's 9 points against Black Hills State in the season opener was her most on the year and her 7 assists on December 9 against St. Cloud State was a career-best. Earned 2022-23 College Sports Communicators Academic All-District honors. Kottsick was also named to the NSIC Academic Team of Excellence. 

2021-22 (Senior)
Appeared in 28 games, with 12 starts. Averaged 14.5 minutes per game. Averaging 3.2ppg and 1.8rpg while shooting 48% from the field, 47% from the 3pt line, and 53% from the free throw line. Had a season and career-high 15 points going 6-10 from the field and 3-6 from the 3pt line against MSU Moorhead 2/17/22. Named to the NSIC Academic Team of Excellence. Also earned one of the highest honors from the NSIC, the Myles Brand Award.
 
2020-21 (Junior)
Appeared in all 14 games, with no starts. Averaged 10.9 minutes per game. Averaging 1.8ppg and 0.5rpg while shooting 38% from the field and 30% from the 3pt line. Had a season high of 5 points vs. St. Cloud State on 1/8/21.
 
2019-20 (Sophomore)
Appeared in 30 games, with no starts.  Averaged 10.7 minutes per game. Averaged 1.3ppg and 1.4 assists per game, while shooting 43.3% overall from the field and 45.5% from the 3pt line. Carly scored a season high 5 pts vs. Bemidji State on 2/14/20.

High School
Prepped at Davies High School. Three-time All-Eastern Dakota Conference selection for Fargo (ND) Davies High School as a sophomore (2016), junior (2017), and senior (2018). Averaged 7.94 points 5.8 assists (2^nd in EDC) per game. Shot 32.7% from the 3-point line as a senior. Helped lead team to a 5^th place finished at the 2018 State Tournament. Averaged 11.8 points, 2.4 rebounds, 4.3 assists and 2.9 steals per game in the regular season as a junior in 2016-17 and led Davies High School to a final record of 18-7. A multi-sport athlete who also plays softball.

Daughter of Julie and Bud Kottsick and sister to Evan. Majored in Healthcare Administration and pursuing a master’s in business administration.
