The University of Mary Marauders

A two-year team captain and twice named her school's most valuable swimmer at Holdingford High School, Meghan Mokhtary is a native of Rice, Minn., and owns three school records. A three-time all-conference selection, she earned all-area honors in 2015, placed in the top 16 in Minnesota in 2014 and 2015 and was in the top 26 at state in 2013. Mokhtary is also a Minnesota Section 3A champion and runner-up. She earned four varsity swimming letters.
 
A member of her school's honor roll and involved in theatre, Meghan is the daughter of Carleen and Steve Mokhtary and is undecided on a major at the University of Mary.
 
"Meghan is a great addition to our program," said Marauders head coach Allan McCallum. "She is a well-rounded swimmer and will be able to contribute in the breaststroke and freestyle events right away. She has a lot of positive energy and we are excited to have her be a part of our program."
